Support for product and projects

Support is charged (from 15 minutes Fr/€ 200.-/hour) if the problem is not related to our products (e.g. training by telephone). 

Please have the following information ready: 

  • Which module is affected? Check briefly whether the problem is already known (see Known issues) 
  • Which setup version is used? 
  • Detailed description of the problem 
  • A small example where the problem can be reproduced (as a ProMoS project backup) helps in many cases
